I have enjoyed this series immensely! Angela Hunt makes learning history so fun! Her immaculate research always adds fascinating details to her many layered story lines. Truly just a joy to read. A four instead of a five because her most recent books are even better!
I love how the author works through personal growth of the characters, while keeping the book interesting. This book can also be a personal challenge to any man or woman to press through to be all that they were meant to be. Every single one of these books carries this challenge. It resounds with Christian themes.
I have loved this series. It can be a bit long, but that makes us sit back, slow down our life a bit it think about the important things in the story and life. I LOVE the importance you put on her end role of this story. I think the whole denomination issue was of major sugnificance especially being set in Ireland. This was a major issue in itself. I think a sentence or two referring to it without getting too indepth was pertinent. I hated the word 'edjit' or alike. It wasn't time sensitive to the story.
I enjoyed all five books in this series. I liked how the author takes you back and forth in time.
This book reveals a truth hidden long ago that empowers women to be more than the world has allowed them to be!
Excellent author. Excellent historical research. Great read.
This is the last book in the series. It was a great read and a wonderful finish to the series. Would recommend the entire series. It was fantastic and I found it hard to put it down.
I loved the outline of this book where it skipped from one era to another. I thought the reconciliation a little to rushed and easy for years of bad blood.
